Club Athens Suites And Retreat Private Limited gives the right to every member to cancel their Membership as per the terms described in this policy. We are committed to a transparent and fair refund process.
Club Athens Suites And Retreat Private Limited grants every Applicant the right to cancel their Membership at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in Clause 15 of the Membership Agreement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official email or mailing address. Verbal cancellations will not be entertained. Your cancellation request will be acknowledged within 7 working days of receipt.
If the Membership Agreement is cancelled as per Clause 15 by the Applicant(s), the refund will be processed as follows:
The Company shall refund to the Applicant(s) the payments then held by the Company, after deducting:
① An Administration Fee of INR 30,000/- paid by the purchaser
② Cost of any nights already used by the purchaser
The refund will be processed without any interest, within 90 days from the date of the cancellation request.

Send a written cancellation request via email to care@clubathenssuitesandretreat.com or by post to our registered office address.
Our team will acknowledge your cancellation request in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the cancellation letter.
The refund amount is calculated after deducting the administration fee of INR 30,000/- and the cost of any nights already used by the member.
The final refund amount will be credited to your registered bank account or original payment mode within 90 days from the date of the cancellation request.
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances: Administration fee of INR 30,000/-, cost of nights already utilised by the member, and any ancillary service charges directly incurred during the membership period.
These deductions are applied regardless of the reason for cancellation. No interest will be payable by Club Athens Suites And Retreat on any refund amount.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of membership purchase. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be transferred to the member's verified bank account via NEFT/RTGS.
Members are required to provide accurate and complete bank details upon submitting the cancellation request to ensure timely processing of the refund.
In the event of any dispute regarding the refund amount or processing, members may escalate the matter by writing to our Grievance Officer at care@clubathenssuitesandretreat.com. All disputes shall be governed under the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.
Club Athens Suites And Retreat Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email and/or a notice on our official website.
